Faith at Work Starts with You
• You don’t need a pulpit to share the gospel.
• You don’t need a title to make an impact.
• You just need a willing heart.
Your Faith Was Meant to Multiply
The gospel was never meant to stop with one person, it was designed to multiply through generations. From Paul to Timothy and beyond, the mission has always been about believers teaching believers.
That’s what T3 is all about: helping you live your faith and pass it on. Because when you equip others to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose, you’re not just making an impact, you’re building something that lasts.

That's Why T3 Workplace Ministry Exists...
Our goal is to to help you live out your faith confidently, wherever you are.
We’re here to help believers like you:
-
Live your faith beyond church on Sundays.
-
Make a difference at work without being “preachy.”
-
Lead others with humility, compassion, and excellence.
-
See your work as a ministry, not just your job.
Why It Matters
The Church Isn’t Just Inside a Building
Most Christians spend less than 2% of their week inside a church, but nearly 40% of their lives at work. Only 3% serve in traditional ministry roles. That means 97% of believers are already in the mission field, they just may not realize it yet.

Two Ways to Live Out Your Faith & Spread God's Word
Whether you’re growing personally or ready to equip others, T3 Workplace Ministry will walk with you every step of the way.
Faith in Action, Around the World
Real believers. Real workplaces. Real impact.
Here’s how T3 Workplace Ministry is helping people live out their faith beyond church.
Before joining T3 Workplace Ministry, I struggled to balance my faith with the fast pace of business. I wanted to represent Christ in my work, but I didn’t always know how to do that in a practical way.
Through T3’s mentorship and training, I learned that ministry isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about how I show up every day. Now I approach leadership with more grace, patience, and purpose. My relationships with clients and vendors are stronger, and I’ve seen real growth both spiritually and professionally.

Working in law, I often felt like my faith had to stay silent, like it didn’t have a place in my career. T3WM completely changed that perspective.
I’ve learned that showing Christ’s love through humility, fairness, and compassion is ministry. Now I lead and serve with a deeper sense of purpose, and I see how my work can make an eternal impact right where I am.

I used to separate my faith from my leadership, church was one thing, work was another. T3 Workplace Ministry helped me see that I can live out my faith wherever I am.
The community challenged me to lead with integrity even when it’s hard, and to view every decision as an opportunity to reflect Christ. I’ve grown so much in confidence, not just as a leader, but as a believer walking out my calling every day.

About the Founder
The Heart Behind T3 Workplace Ministry
T3 Workplace Ministry exists to help believers bring their faith into everyday life, at work, at home, and in the community. We believe every follower of Christ is called to ministry, not just those behind a pulpit.
Our mission is to reach people through marketplace ministry by equipping everyday leaders to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ, because every believer is a minister (Acts 17:17).
We envision a world where believers in every sector lead with integrity and faith, creating workplaces marked by trust, compassion, and excellence.
